Through Healing Trauma through Guided Drawing and related therapeutic, expressive arts, you’ll discover a safe, empowering way for your neurobiology to re-pattern itself, releasing old wounds and developing a deeper, felt sense and way to express your inner being, bringing yourself more fully alive to your present experiences.
You’ll use rhythmic, repetitive, two-handed movement on paper as part of a small, confidential circle to release traumatic experiences held and blocked in your body without having to relive, discuss, or figure them out.
