Do I need to have prior experience with meditation, energy healing or such to join this course?
No, those with all levels of prior experience who are passionate about their spiritual growth are welcome!
Are particular spiritual or religious beliefs required?
No. However, openness to non-traditional perspectives on biblical times will be helpful.
Do I need to prepare in any special way for this course?
Please eliminate any outside distractions from your computer and nearby environment as much as possible, give yourself a comfortable place to sit so that you can more easily focus during our meetings times of up to 90 minutes max. together, and stay within your camera's range to support the group interaction.
Using a headphone will give you the best sound from the channeled recordings used in the second half of the course and is highly recommended if you have any hearing issues.
